Refund and Returns Policy

At GREEV LIMITED, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Returns and Refunds Policy is drafted in accordance with the Consumer Rights Law of 2013 (Law 133(I)/2013), which transposes EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights into Cyprus law. It sets out your rights and our obligations in relation to returns, withdrawals, and refunds for distance and off-premises purchases.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period) – EU Consumers
    To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement to us via email at [insert email] within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may use our standard withdrawal form this is the link of the form.

The 14 day withdrawal period starts from the day after you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • EV batteries or components that have been used, installed, connected, or unsealed.
  • Custom-built or personalized batteries.
  • Safety-sensitive or perishable items, including those with broken seals or tamper indicators.
  • Products unfit for return due to hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed.
  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original, unopened  packaging with all accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
  • The item has not been installed, charged, or connected to a power source or vehicle.

Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us in writing within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

To facilitate prompt resolution, you must provide:

  • A clear description of the issue, and
  • Supporting evidence (e.g., photographs of the defect or incorrect item).

Upon verification, and depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer one of the following remedies at no cost to you:

  • Replacement of the item,
  • Repair (if feasible and agreed upon), or
  • A full refund, including the original delivery and return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to conduct an on-site inspection or request the return of the product for assessment prior to issuing any remedy.

  1. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of:
  • Receiving the returned item, or
  • Receiving proof of return shipment (whichever is earlier)
  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping (standard only) via prepaid label or reimbursement.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  1. Commercial Purchases
    This Returns and Refunds Policy apples only to consumers. For business (non-consumer) purchases, return and refund terms are governed solely by the applicable commercial agreement.
  2. Amendments
    We may amend this Returns and Refunds Policy from time to time to comply with legal updates or operational needs. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
